Please note we have a firm 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all reasons and for all appointments. For larger groups of 3 or more we have a 7 day cancellation policy. We do not accept any cancellations after hours when we are closed. Opening hours are 9- 6 Monday through Friday and Saturday 9-3. We are closed on Sunday’s.

We are a small owner operated spa and our policy allows us an opportunity to try and fill the appointment time that you had blocked on our schedule. This policy is crucial for the success of this business and its staff, thank you for your consideration, understanding and kindness in following our policy.  

Please be advised that we are a small boutique wellness spa and do not have shower or locker room facilities that you may find at a larger hotel spa.

Please be advised of our Gratuity Policy: A 20% gratuity, in line with industry standards, is automatically added to all treatments, including the Infrared Sauna, Salt Cave, and Oxygen Lounge, as each requires an attendant to facilitate your service. The gratuity is allocated directly to the therapist or spa attendant who provided your service.

Discounted Packages are non-transferable. Pre-paid treatments are valid for 1 year from purchase date.

All in-store sales are final, we do not offer refunds on retail items or services rendered.

We ask that you arrive just 5 minutes before your appointment begins.

Know Before You Go

CHECK-IN

We require that you arrive to the Spa 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will provide you with enough time to change and make use of our beautiful spa facility. Your service begins at your scheduled time. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining time without compromising the next appointment. You will be charged in full. 

Spa robes, slippers, and a locker will be provided upon your arrival to the Spa. If you choose, undergarments may be worn during treatments. All of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure that your complete comfort and privacy is always maintained.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories and suggest that you do not bring valuables to the Spa. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers within the Spa to enhance everyone’s experience. All aspects of treatment can be modified to meet your needs. If you have any type of medical condition, please bring it to our attention when booking your appointment as certain treatments may not be recommended.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

When booking your appointment you will receive a confirmation email that contains our consent forms. Please look these over and sign electronically before you arrive. The forms provide information pertaining to your service.

PRIVACY + QUIET POLICY

The Spa is dedicated to maintaining an environment of peace and tranquility. Please help us by respecting our atmosphere of privacy and quiet. Please silence your cell phone before entering the spa.

SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please notify our spa concierge if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies, any physical limitations, special needs, or if you are pregnant.

AGE REQUIREMENT

All Spa guests must be 18 or older to schedule a treatment. Guests under 18 may enjoy most of our services with written consent from a legal guardian, sent via email to info@purebeautytelluride.com.

SHAVING 

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal process. We do however recommend that men shave up to two hours before scheduled facial treatments.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of relaxation, health and beauty to the special people in your life. 

Gift certificate must be present for redemption, no exceptions.

Gift certificates are available online or by calling us at 970.239.6144. 

To make a reservation, our online system requires a credit card to hold your booking but you will not be charged until after your appointment. An industry standard gratuity of 20% is added to all treatments, this goes to the therapist or the spa attendant that provided your service. We thank you for your consideration and appreciation for our hard working staff.

We are a small owner operated spa and this policy allows us an opportunity to try and fill the appointment time that you had blocked on our schedule. Please note make up appointments have a longer cancellation window of 14 days and bridal packages require a signed contract and deposit to hold your date.

We are a small boutique wellness spa with innovative holistic treatments. Our spa is small and focuses on our clients and our treatments. We do not house showering facilities or hot tubs that you may expect at a large hotel spa. Please plan accordingly.
