Annika

Annika’s yoga practice began when she was young. Her peppy, Norwegian mother would haul her out of bed for early morning classes at a family friend’s house. A small group of women would congregate weekly for a powerful Ashtanga practice in a cozy, bright, sunroom. When she got older, she appreciated those early foundations as she found pranayama, meditation, and asana to be a beautiful finale to her long trail runs in Vermont's Green Mountains. Annika, who has been teaching yoga at Mangala Yoga Telluride for years now, eventually stumbled on Reiki Energy Healing. She found it to be a vital and missing piece to her ongoing search for the perfect holistic approach to health. Join Annika for a reflective and deeply intentional Yin Yoga Practice or Reiki Session.

Nyssa

Nyssa graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts where she trained in Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Triggerpoint, Cupping, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga Massage, Muscle Energy Techniques, Prenatal, Aromatherapy and Trauma Touch Therapy. Nyssa is committed to expanding her knowledge and being the best therapist possible to help her clients. When Nyssa is not working she enjoys live music, ceramics, photography, hiking, learning new skills and quality time with her friends and loved ones!

Mandy

Mandy Hiller, LMT & Structural Integration Practitioner started practicing body awareness through dance as a young girl. After many years of suffering severe low back pain, she tried Rolfing Structural Integration, it resolved the pain and thus began the journey to understand body mechanics and help others achieve less stress and more ease in their bodies. Mandy’s massage is deeply relaxing using gentle myofacial techniques that meet the first layer of resistance to unfold length and space throughout the body. Every body is unique and Mandy brings presence, awareness, and patience to each healing session.
