Salt Cave Frequently Asked Questions
Comfortable clothing that exposes a little skin to absorb more salt.
Up to six people can fit in the Salt Cave. If there are one or two people in the session, we provide zero-gravity chairs. If three or more are in the session, we provide upright chairs.
You will only be in the Salt Cave with your party. If you are booking for only yourself, you will be in there alone.
Far Infrared Sauna Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend wearing nothing in the sauna, as you will be in there by yourself. If you book a Couples Sauna, we provide slips/extra towels as an option.
An Infrared Sauna is going to be more relaxing. As you sit in the machine, you feel as though you are sitting in the sun. Your body is heated from the core, causing you to sweat out 20% more toxins than a Traditional Sauna.

Our machines release 97% oxygen while you are hooked up wearing a mask or cannula. We offer essential oil-infused blends, as well. You are relaxing in a recliner for 45 minutes inhaling oxygen. We recommend using the Infrared Sauna before your Massage to warm the muscles, better preparing them to be worked on. We also offer CBD balm for further relief and relaxation.

Being a small boutique spa, our only shower is reserved for Infrared Sauna clients only. We do not have changing rooms, but clients are able to change in our bathroom. We do have lockers for your belongings.
